A draw pile is created by placing the remaining cards face down after each player is dealt a predetermined number of cards at the start of the game. The goal is to minimize all rummy 51the number of points in your hand when another player declares while combining your cards into legitimate sets and runs. If a player wants to succeed at Rummy, they must be familiar with the rules. Different game variations may have different rules about how players can declare their hands, how many cards are dealt, & how wild cards are used.
